AI Expert / Data Scientist

• •Design and deploy ML models for analytics, NLP, or computer vision.
• •Clean and prepare datasets; perform feature engineering.
• •Train, test, and optimize models (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
• •Integrate AI into software products with dev teams.
• •Monitor model performance and improve results.
• •Research and apply the latest AI methods.
• •Document work and explain results to teams/clients.

• •3+ years in AI/data science.
• •Strong ML, statistics, and data analysis skills.
• •Python proficiency (pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
• •Experience with NLP/LLMs or other AI techniques.
• •SQL and database knowledge.
• •Experience deploying ML models in production.
• •Problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• •Bachelor's degree in CS/Data Science; MSc/PhD a plus.
• •English fluency.

• •Advanced degree in AI/ML.
• •Big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
• •MLOps experience (MLflow, Kubeflow).
• •Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning, vector databases.
• •Domain expertise (healthcare, energy, etc.).
• •Portfolio of AI projects or publications.
• •Agent orchestration and integration (n8n, LangChain, LangGraph).

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field from four-year College or University.
